6.0 TITLE PAGES (DM #1024941) The standard Title Page attached should be used for all papers prepared for the Bank’s Monetary Council, Board of Directors, consultative and networking meetings.

 NOTE:

a) The author’s name should not be included on the Bank’s the Title Page.

The Corporate Relations Department prepares the Title page for each document prepared for the Bank’s Monetary Council, Board of Directors, consultative and networking meetings in accordance with the agenda item.

GRAMMAR English Spelling Standard At the Bank the British standard is used rather than the American. Example: British American favour favor programme program (except in relation to computer programs) authorise authorize licence license cancelled canceled

Proof Reading

Proof-reading is the checking of a document for spelling, grammar and formatting errors before presentation. Spelling and grammar check facilities are available in most software applications. When using these facilities, ensure that the default dictionary is UK English.

Particular attention should be paid to spelling, dates, figures and addresses.
