Any person who contravenes - (a)

paragraph (3) of Article 15; or

(b)

paragraph (2) of Article 16,

shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine of five hundred dollars or to imprisonment for six months.

(2)

Any person who contravenes the provisions of paragraph (1) of Article 18 shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction to a fine of ten thousand dollars and to imprisonment for two years.
