(o) Prepare Programme and Fixtures, and circulate to participating teams, at least one (1) month prior to the stipulated start date of the OECS/ECCB International Netball Series. (p) Send Registration Forms to participating countries at least three (3) months, prior to the starting date of the tournament. (q) Provide in-country transportation to matches and official / scheduled events. (r) Facilitate the conduct of an international netball umpiring seminar for all tournament officials and players, the day prior to the start of scheduled matches in the tournament.

3.4 Collaboration with the OECS Commission The ECCB, CNA and the host Netball Association are to keep OECS Commission

apprised on matters of the OECS/ECCB International Netball Series.

4. FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS The ECCB will wire the sum of $120,000.00 Eastern Caribbean dollars to the account of the

St Vincent and the Grenadines Netball Association at the commercial bank indicated by the

Association on its vendor information form.

5. PRINCIPAL CONTACTS The Parties shall appoint focal points in the respective organisations for proper

communication and coordination of activities under this MOU:
