1. PURPOSE OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

The purpose of this MOU is to encourage sports development in the Organisation of Eastern

Caribbean States (OECS) through the coordination and execution of the 2019 OECS/ECCB

International Netball Series. The competition promotes the social and physical wellbeing of

women in the OECS region.

Preamble

Whereas, in 1999, the ECCB incorporated personal development sessions for the participants,

geared towards enhancing their interpersonal and professional skills.
