Contract photography and broadcast services (one month before Series).
11) Prepare Purchase Requisitions for purchase of promotional material, broadcast and photography for the event (one month before the Series).
12) Ship promotional material via currency charter (where necessary) to Agency Office in host country (one month before the Series).
13) Dispatch news release and ECCB Connects programme to promote and inform the public about the series (one week before Series).
During Series
14) Dispatch photos and audio reports from matches to the ECCU media, ECCB Facebook page and ECCB staff (daily, during tournament).
15) Update ECCB website slider with winners’ information daily and news release on overall winner after the tournament is over.
After Series 16) President of host netball association to submit, a comprehensive report to the ECCB after tournament in accordance with the timeline in the MOU.
17) Agency Office to secure all promotional material from Series venue for shipment to Headquarters (within one week after the Series).
18) Settle all invoices from service providers (within two weeks after the Series).
