2. The country is now served by a modern payment system that meets international standards and provides a foundation for other developments that will drive economic growth.

3. Focus has shifted to the retail payment system infrastructure in pursuit of financial inclusion objectives including increased access and utilisation.

4. Success has been and will continue to be built on central bank leadership and stakeholder collaboration.
