Fontenelle currently holds the position of Senior Banking Specialist in the Banking and Monetary Operations Department at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB). He is head of the Payment System Development and Oversight Unit, which is charged with leading ECCB’s drive toward the modernisation of the payment system in the ECCU.
