22. What is the current balance of my account?

We are looking to reconcile the Company's systems and ensure all transfers have been accounted for correctly. We note it sometimes takes a period of time before payments complete or bounce. As such, you may have statements from the Company which are incorrect and should not be relied upon until we have completed our review.
