10. How much of my money will I get back?

Generally, a customer with total deposits valued up to the sum of $100,000 will be transferred to BoSVG. Depositors with total account balances up to $100,000 will have full access to their funds from 1 June 2023 at BoSVG’s Card Distribution Centre, 1st Floor, Halifax Street Branch.

Exception rules will be applied to deposit holders with non-performing loans, or joint and sole accounts, or loans secured by collateral.

The Receiver will send you a letter confirming this transfer as soon as reasonably practicable.
