Development of a Leadership Training Programme to enhance organisational effectiveness through the enhancement of leadership capacity within the Bank.
Over the review period, the Bank made significant investment in its human capital to improve competencies, expand knowledge, enhance existing skills and develop overall leadership capacity through various training initiatives. These include Emerging Leaders Cohorts, varied management and leadership courses and webinars, training courses in specific technical areas and bank-wide capacity building. This is in keeping with the Bank’s commitment to support talent development and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development. The Bank also remained committed to its thrust for increased use of technology to increase efficiency across the Bank through the introduction of various software solutions to enhance data collection and analysis.
