client-facing. The following solutions were implemented :

• Provision of accounting services for larger client loans at

ECPCGC’s cost

• Introduction of the MSME Growth Guarantee, which provides

an accounting package as part of the loan

• Guarantee promotions every year, with face-to-face

consultations with clients in each island
