ELIGIBLE BORROWERS

The guarantee programme is open to business persons

operating in the ECCU. The conditions for borrowing are:

• The business must be registered and must be in operation

for at least 3 months

• Annual revenue must be no more than XCD2m

• The number of employees must be less than 50

• The borrower must provide 10 - 25% equity in the project

for which the loan is sought (flexibility applied here)
