Total Assets

Total equity grew by $37.5 million (7.8 per cent) to $520.5 million, up from $483.0 million in the previous year. The growth comprised an increase of $25.3 million in the general reserve, following the allocation from the profit for the year, and a $12.2 million increase in other reserves. The movement in other reserves arose from a $10.1 million increase on pension reserve, driven by a remeasurement gain on the Bank’s defined benefit pension plan. Statement of Profit or Loss The Bank delivered another year of solid financial performance, recording a profit of $121.6 million for the year ended 31 March 2026. This represented a marginal decrease of $4.7 million (3.7 per cent) from the prior year's profit of $126.2 million, as growth in operating income, led by net interest income and higher earnings on the Bank's foreign reserve assets, was offset by higher operating expenses.
