During the reporting period, the ECCB completed the development of its Strategic Plan for 2026 2031 under the theme, “The Big Push: Collective Action for Shared Prosperity in the ECCU”. The plan was developed through extensive internal consultations, stakeholder engagement, and Board-level input, reflecting a collective vision

The Strategic Plan was formally launched on 31 March 2026 through a regional media conference, broadcast across multiple platforms, underscoring the Bank’s commitment to transparency, inclusiveness, and stakeholder en gagement.
