Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance
Student Programme for Innovation in Science and Engineering (SPISE) Through its sponsorship of the SPISE programme, the ECCB facilitated the participation of two outstanding students in 2025: Jesse Logie of the T A Marryshow Community College in Grenada and Hannah-Marie Williams of the Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College in Saint Christopher (St Kitts) and Nevis.

ECCB Children’s Connection Radio Programme
The ECCB broadcast its Children’s Connection Radio Programme across all eight member countries, reinforcing its commitment to youth education and financial literacy. The programme aims to provide accessible, engaging learning experiences for young audiences, fostering curiosity, knowledge development, and lifelong learning. Topics covered during the year included: The Role of Money; An Introduction to the ECCU; the Benefits of Planning; and concepts such as scarcity and choice. The interactive call-in segments remained a popular feature, enabling children to actively participate, share learning outcomes, and win prizes. The programme also incorporated value based learning segments, where key concepts and vocabulary were explored in an engaging and age appropriate format.

Both exceptional performance, with Jesse receiving four awards for academic excellence and Hannah-Marie earning the Most Improved distinction in Physics. The programme supports the development of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) capacity within the ECCU, with a focus on fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and technological advancement. Since 2016, a total of 19 students from ECCB member countries have benefitted from this initiative. scholars demonstrated
