Monetary Council Meetings are held on a calendar year basis. The ECCB Monetary Council Rules further clarify the location for meetings: 1. February: At the principal office of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank, Bird Rock, Basseterre, Saint Christopher (St Kitts) and Nevis; 2. July: In the country of the Participating Government whose representative is due to assume chairmanship of the Council; 3. October: Via videoconference or other approved medium from the Bank’s Headquarters in St Kitts and Nevis to the offices of the respective Council members or Alternate members. The Monetary Council convened the following meetings in 2025 and 2026: ; 111 th Meeting of the Monetary Council and Media Conference, 18 July 2025, and Ceremony to Mark the Change in Chairmanship of the ECCB Monetary Council, 17 July 2025, Antigua and Barbuda;

; 1 st Special Meeting of the Monetary Council (2026), 16 January 2026; ; 2 nd Special Meeting of the Monetary Council, 22 January 2026; and ; 112 th Meeting of the Monetary Council, 13 February 2026, ECCB Campus, Saint Christopher (St Kitts) and Nevis. The Ministerial Subcommittee on Insurance, a subcommittee within the ECCB Monetary Council, is chaired by Honourable Gaston Browne, Council Member for Antigua and Barbuda. The Chair was supported by Honourable Dr Irving McIntyre, Council Member for the Commonwealth of Dominica, and Honourable Camillo Gonsalves, then Council Member for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, who no longer serves on the Council.
