16. Leases The Bank leases properties mainly for its Agency Offices operations with lease terms ranging from 1 to 10 years. The leases include an option to renew for the same or shorter duration after the end of the contract term, which the Bank is expected to exercise. The Bank has elected not to recognise right-of-use assets and lease liabilities for leases of low-value assets and leases for which the lease term ends within 12 months.
