During the financial year ended 31 March 2026, member governments issued debentures to the ECCB totalling $50,800,000 (2025: $20,000,000) through utilization of their long-term credit allocations with the Bank. During the year, participating governments’ securities accrued interest at a rate of 3.5% to 4.5% (2025: 3.5% to 4.5%).
