2022 - 2026 Strategic Plan The Bank’s 2022 - 2026 Strategic Plan was completed and implemented under the theme: Transforming the ECCU Through Innovation and Collective Action . The Plan was developed in accordance with the Balanced Scorecard Framework and took effect from 1 April 2022. The Plan outlines the five-year strategic objectives and initiatives, along with key performance indicators to measure the success of these objectives. The Balanced Scorecard Framework incorporates a tiered approach to achieving objectives from the corporate level (Tier 1) to departmental level (Tier 2), then finally to the employee level (Tier 3). This framework allows for all employees to be involved in achieving these objectives.
