ECCB WEBSITE

The ECCB Website is an import dissemination tool. Every effort should be made to ensure that it is updated regularly and remains current.

OVERALL PROCESS FOR UPDATING THE ECCB WEBSITE

I. Receipt of material from other departments

1. Material will be sent to the CRD via email to the CRD Admin Prof email grouping to the attention of the Senior Director 2. Administrative Professional enters the task in the CRD Website updates log sheet; assigned to an upload officer 3. Administrative Professional creates a task for the assigned upload officer within one (1) working day of the receipt of the email from the department 4. Officer uploads the document in the Content Management Panel (both Dev and Live) within one (1) working day of receipt of the task. 5. Upload Officer enters the task in the CRD Website updates log sheet (DM# 832061) 6. Upload officer alerts the review officer via email to review the uploaded information in the Content Management Panel. This is done the same day of upload. 7. The review officer reviews the information and sends a publish request to the Publisher via email upon review of the upload. The publish request should have the detailed path of the uploaded information in the Content Management Panel for publishing. 8. The Publisher should publish the information upon the receipt of the publish notice. The publishing should not occur more than two working days after receipt of the information from the department. 1. Requestor submits upload information to Administrative Professional 2.
