4) The lead officer arranges for CRD staff to meet and escort external meeting attendees

from the Security Booth to the meeting venue.

5) Meeting attendees should be briefed on the use of the electronic ID card by the assigned

CRD officer.

5) Coordination with SSMD

Liaise with SSMD on the following matters:

 Meeting room layout. Prepare work request form.

 Transportation of participants. Submit comprehensive listing of travel itineraries

and hotel bookings to SSMD for coordination or transportation.

 Arrangements for coffee breaks (coffee and tea only) and lunch (Executive

Dining Room or the Cafeteria (for police/protocol specific to Monetary Council

Meetings)

Preparation of Sick Room.

 Security requests and arrangements for meeting attendees.

6) Social Events

1) Confirm date and list of invitees with the Governor.

2) Visit possible venue, take photos, prepare recommendation and submit to Governor

for selection.

3) Prepare draft invitation for approval by Governor.

4) Secure menu options and present to Governor for selection.

5) Secure gift option and present to Governor for selection.

6) Prepare and mail invitations, 4 weeks prior to the event.

7) Advise SSMD if pickup of guests is required – inform of the date, time, venue, type

of function, and number of guests.

8) Follow Procurement Procedures for procurement of goods/services.
