Use “or” instead of slashes (/). Lists
Use colons to introduce items in a list.
Example: “The Bank’s policy departments are: BMOD, BSD, GIO, RD, and SD.” For lists, use a semi colon at the end of each line and use “and” and “or” at the end of the penultimate line of the list:
