6. MEETINGS AND REPORTING LINES 6.1 Update meetings involving the principal contacts are to be held on a weekly basis to

begin no later than two weeks after the host country of the tournament has been

identified and continue up to the week before the start date of the tournament.

6.2 The St Vincent Netball Association shall report to the CNA all matters regarding the

tournament. The CNA shall in turn report to the ECCB.

7. DURATION This Memorandum of Understanding will expire six (6) months after the last day of the OECS/ECCB International Netball Series, unless extended by the written agreement of the parties, subject to such evaluations as the parties deem appropriate.

8. REPORTING 8.1 The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Netball Association agrees to the reporting

requirements for the project as outlined below:

A Project Report, as indicated in 3.3(k) above, shall be prepared in the format

provided by the ECCB and must be submitted to the ECCB within 90 days of the

end date of the tournament.

This report shall include:

 Evidence that the project was implemented in accordance with the agreement.  Evidence of existence of equipment or permanent items procured under this MOU.  A financial report covering all funds spent and unspent, as well as the documentation in support of proper use of the funds, based on the all funds disbursed by the ECCB to the Association. Any unused funds and spent funds not supported by proper documentation must be returned to the ECCB within 30 days after the submission and acceptance of the report.
