MOBILE DEVICE INSTALLS

In this section, you will be able to view the number of devices which have installed the app, their activity and their associated operating system.

1. After logging in, click on the dropdown Admin 2. Then from the dropdown menu, click on Mobile Devices

Viewing Installs

This gives you a better view on the information of an installed device.

1. After logging in, click on the dropdown Admin 2. Then from the dropdown menu, click on Mobile Devices 3. Under Actions , click on View

Deleting Installs

You can delete the recorded information regarding a device in this section.

1. After logging in, click on the dropdown Admin 2. Then from the dropdown menu, click on Mobile Devices 3. Under Actions , click on Delete

P.S. If a record is deleted and the app is used again, it will reappear in the list, as the app will ping the server and register itself

LOGGING OUT OF THE SYSTEM

1. To logout, click on the dropdown Admin 2. Highlight and click on Logout from the dropdown (see image above)
