Deleting a role

1. Click on the dropdown Admin 2. Highlight and click on Roles from the dropdown (see image above) 3. From the list of roles, click on Delete next to the corresponding record you would like to delete 4. Confirm that you want to delete member

Viewing a role

1. Click on the dropdown Admin 2. Highlight and click on Roles from the dropdown (see image above) 3. From the list of roles, click on view next to the corresponding record you would like to view 4. On the view page, you can view the role’s data

AUDIT LOG

The audit log keeps track of the activities of users within the system including logging in and changing information.

AUDIT LOG LISTING

1. Click on the dropdown Admin 2. Highlight and click on Audit Log from the dropdown (see image above) 3. Event column indicates what event took place 4. Model column indicates the table 5. Entity column indicates the id of the record 6. Source column indicates the username of the person 7. Delta count column indicates the number of fields that were changed in an edit event 8. Source Ip column indicates the Ip address of the page the user adjusted
