Managing Related job application data
1. To view the list of job submissions, click on the dropdown HRM 2. Highlight and click on Job Submissions from the dropdown (see image above) 3. From the list of job submissions, click on view next to the corresponding record you would like to view 4. On the view page, scroll to the section you want to manage for example Dependents or ECCB Relatives 5. Click New *Section title* to add a new record to this application 6. Click View in the actions column to display all the data for a record 7. Click Edit in the actions column to adjust the data for any fields for a particular record 8. Click Delete in the actions column to remove a record from the system
Editing a job submission
1. To view the list of job submissions, click on the dropdown HRM 2. Highlight and click on Job Submissions from the dropdown (see image above) 3. From the list of job submissions, click on Edit next to the corresponding record you would like to edit 4. On the edit page, edit the necessary fields 5. If you are satisfied with your edits, scroll to absolute bottom of page and click Submit
Deleting a job submission
1. To view the list of job submissions, click on the dropdown HRM 2. Highlight and click on Job Submissions from the dropdown (see image above) 3. From the list of job submissions, click on Delete next to the corresponding record you would like to delete 4. Confirm that you want to delete job submission
