AGENCY OFFICE OPERATIONS
BANKING AND FINANCIAL SERVICES The banking and financial services undertaken by the Resident Representatives are carried out in accordance with the procedures set out by the relevant operational departments Banking and Monetary Operations Department (BMOD), Currency Management Department (CMD) and Accounting Department (AD).
ACTING APPOINTMENTS
13) The procedures for recommendation for acting appointment and temporary employment to be carried out in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Human Resource Department (see appendix (vii). 14) The relevant clients are to be informed of the changes regarding the Resident Representative no later than two (2) business days before the change becomes effective. The notification should also be copied to the Resident Representative.
DISPOSAL OF PROPERTY The procedures for disposal of property to be carried out in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Support Services Management Department (see appendix viii).
PROCUREMENT The procedures for the procurement of goods and services to be carried out in accordance with the Procurement Procedures set out by the Accounting Department (see appendix ix).
HANDLING ABANDONED PROPERTY AND CONTENTS OF SAFE DEPOSIT BOXES 1) The procedures for handling abandoned property and contents of the safe deposit boxes to be carried out in accordance with the guidelines set out by the Banking and Monetary Operations Department (see appendix x).
REPLENISHMENT OF OFFICE ACCOUNTS
1) The agency offices should use a target minimum balance of $10,000 to $15,000 to determine the need for reimbursement of its account. This will ensure that there are adequate funds to meet rent payments and other payment requests from Head Office.
