Specimen Signature Form ii. SAP Vendor Form iii. Rules for ECCB Monetary Council iv. Banking Act v. ECCB Agreement vi. Composition of Ministerial Sub-Committees
Request from LSD to provide documentation to administer the Oath of Secrecy for a Monetary Council Member and Council Alternate.
Request of the respective Agency Office to arrange with a notary public or a law firm to administer the oath.
Request from Administrative Officer to the Monetary Council Member their respective mobile numbers. Add the new Monetary Council Member to the WhatApp chat group and create a profile for the Admin Officer on the meetings mobile phone.
Dispatch the following completed/returned documents: SSMD: SAP Vendor Form
BMOD: Specimen Signature Form

Procurement Procedures
1) The CRD is responsible for the preparation of specific purchase requisitions in relation to the Bank’s official meetings: i. Subsistence Allowance ii. Fees for the Monetary Council Members iii. Airline Tickets including charters iv. Accommodation v. Incidentals for Council Members and their personal security officers vi. Rental of Vehicles vii. Insurance for ECCB travelling officers viii. Catering ix. Taxi or ground transfers for ECCB travelling officers or Advisers x. Payment for Oath of Secrecy for Council Alternates and/or Advisers
