External users may submit job applications from the public facing portion of the website but this section provides instructions on making a submission from the back-end administration area.
Job submissions listing
1. To view the list of job submissions, click on the dropdown HRM 2. Highlight and click on Job Submissions from the dropdown (see image above)
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
The Application Status column indicates if an application was completed. If the status is Incomplete , it means the application was started but has not been submitted. If the status is Complete , it means the application was started and has been submitted. The date of application column indicates the time the application was submitted.
Adding a job submission
1. To view the list of job submissions, click on the dropdown HRM 2. Highlight and click on Job Submissions from the dropdown (see image above) 3. In top left corner, click on New Personal Data 4. Fill in the necessary fields 5. Scroll to absolute bottom of page and click Submit
Viewing a job submission
1. To view the list of job submissions, click on the dropdown HRM 2. Highlight and click on Job Submissions from the dropdown (see image above) 3. From the list of job submissions, click on view next to the corresponding record you would like to view 4. On the view page, you can view the job submission’s data
