LINKING TO A FORM VIA OVERRIDE URL

I.e. This option will redirect a content page to the form

1. Add/Edit the Content Page of which you want to add the form 2. In the content page, scroll down to the section titled Override URL (Takes precedence) 3. Scroll down through the list until you get to Form – Forms (see image above) 4. Select the form you would like the content page to be redirected to

Form Categories Listing

1. To view the list of form categories, click on the dropdown Forms 2. Highlight and click on Form Categories from the dropdown (see image above)

Adding a form category

1. Click on the dropdown Forms 2. Highlight and click on Form Categories from the dropdown (see image above) 3. In top left corner, click on New Form Category 4. Fill in the necessary fields
