FORMS

Objective: to create and edit forms for capturing and submitting information from users via the website.

MANAGEMENT OF FORMS

Forms Listing

1. To view the list of forms, click on the dropdown Forms 2. Highlight and click on Forms from the dropdown (see image above)

Adding a form

1. Click on the dropdown Forms 2. Highlight and click on Forms from the dropdown (see image above) 3. In top left corner, click on New Form 4. Fill in the necessary fields in the Form Settings section and then create the Form Elements 5. Scroll to absolute bottom of page and click Submit

Please note the following:

 To add form elements to the form, you must drag and drop the elements inside the Form Details block.   To remove elements from a form, you must drag and drop the elements in the Form Details block outside the block.   To adjust the settings for a form element, you click on theelement name inside the Form Details block and update the required field 
