2. On the date of delivery to the commercial bank, the Resident Representative completes

the relevant sections of the ‘ABANDONED PROPERTY CLAIMED FROM

STORAGE’ form.

3. The Resident Representative must ensure that the representatives of the commercial bank

complete the relevant sections ‘ABANDONED PROPERTY CLAIMED FROM

STORAGE’ form before releasing the items .

4. The Resident Representative provides the commercial bank representative with a copy of

the form maintains a copy for the Agency Office’s records and submits the original to the

ECCB Headquarters.
