2) No transfers would be made before the processing of rent payments or other payment requests from Head Office. The only exception would be where the payment to be effected is more than the current balance on the account.

3) The reimbursement for payments on behalf of Head Office will be done by the Accounting Department.

SAVINGS AND INVESTMENT COURSE

1) A separate internal account was created for each Agency Office to account for all receipts and expenditure for course conducted in the respective countries.

2) At the start of each course, the AD should be informed of the number of participants, the course fee and the deadline for the deposit of fees.

3) Where a contribution is required from each participant for the graduation ceremonies, this information should be communicated to the AD to include the amount due and the deadline for receipt. 4) All expenses related to the course must be approved by the CRD prior to any commitment being made for the expenditure. The AD must be advised of the approval to facilitate the authorisation of the accounting entries
